Give everybody a chance to find out what they're good at

• Give everybody a chance to find out what they're good at. If you don't have a spot for them, then you have got to let them go.
• Do good work, get it done on time, and people will find you.
• Enjoy what you do and realize that it is a service. It's not a million-dollar job, but you're giving someone a service that puts joy in their home.
• You need to advertise, but be mindful of where you channel that money and how you market the company.
• The transportation industry is really going to change in the next 10 years, and it's all good for electricians.
