To have a successful business, you must start by defining an objective.
Having a strong positive culture in your company will directly improve talent retention. It will also encourage people on your team to recommend the company to other talented friends.

A good culture and shared values create a sense of belonging.
If you don't take any risks, you will never fail but stay the same.
