The importance of cash flow and 20% of your clients

  • To organize your day, have a to-do list that includes tasks for each company and prioritize it by what will generate revenue quickly. 
  • A rule in business is to know that you will make 80% of your money from 20% of your clients, and 80% of your problems will come from 20% of your clients, and they're not the same group. 
  • In sales, you have to find salespeople who are heavily engaged in the process and willing to put in everything required to make the sale. 
  • A critical success factor for businesses is understanding the importance of cash flow. 
  • Something helpful in having healthy cash management is to make it your priority in terms of time management and how you focus your business and price your services so that everything is put through the revenue filter. 
  • You have to consider what your time is worth and how much a specific task takes in terms of time, and whether there's an actual monetary reward for that. 
  • You should never forget the impact of your successes on your day-to-day, quality of life and always focus on cash flow. 
  • Your time it's your most valuable asset.
