• Take those things that you're really doing well and expand them, make them go bigger and leverage them as far as you can until they stop working for you. Then start thinking about making the adaptations.
• In order to be successful, you need to have an experience that people are gonna want to come back to year after year.
• What makes the business successful is being able to adapt to whatever circumstances put in front of you.
• You need to be able to adapt to every single situation and workshopping what the possible solutions are, weigh out those solutions and which one makes the most sense here, both financially and for the business itself.
• People want that instagram-worthy experience. They want to be able to see themselves in a scenario.
• You have to make your customer emotionally connect with your product or service.
• You really have to look at what is your role in the ecosystem that you're playing in.
• Focus on your unique selling proposition. What is it that others can't provide?
