• Connect with your customers, being true and genuine.
• You just can't do it all (or you will spontaneously combust). You need to assess your strengths and weaknesses, and fill gaps with by adding people that align with who you are.
• Communication is essential, you are leading and you need to tell people what your expectations are, where you want to go.
• You don't have to have all the answers, you have to be open to what they're going to send you.
• Don't assume everybody has the same level of endurance, thought process, professionalism or ethics that you do.
• Put in the extra effort, not just into the business, but into the people, making sure that you have the synergies that will take you forward.
• Even as a solopreneur, you're not alone, ask for help!
