As a Certified Business Coach at ActionCOACH Halton, he works with Business Owners, entrepreneurs and executives to profitably grow their companies, improve their team dynamics, and free up their time.
He began his career in McKinsey & Company, leading performance transformations in the Americas and Sub-Saharan Africa. He later joined Citibank where he implemented new marketing practices and retail processes. Hugo co-founded Octhopus, a virtual assistant platform with social impact. He led the Latin American operations for Riot Games.
He joined ActionCOACH to pursue his life's purpose of having a positive impact in his community through coaching, mentoring and storytelling.
Hugo holds an MBA and an M. of Eng. in Manufacturing from the University of Michigan. He loves writing, reading, movies, music and video games.

Coaching for a Cause (CfaC) is a way for the ActionCOACH Business Coaches collective to give back to their communities by providing pro-bono coaching hours to local nonprofit organizations.
At ActionCOACH Halton, we aim to be a force for good in our community and have obtained the CfaC certification to work with for-impact organizations in our region.
